As a receptionist, you are the guest’s first point of contact. You show people the way to their bungalow or camping spot and you inform them about all the great tips and tricks from the area. Meanwhile, your phone rings because new guests are eager to make reservations.
You make every effort to satisfy guests and enjoy working with the team to give guests an unforgettable vacation. Maybe you speak a little word across the border?

Work
- We are working a lot to make our guests really feel at home with us at the park and delight them. This will be one of your most important tasks!
- Welcoming guests with a smile, checking them in and giving them the necessary information.
- Answering the phone and email
- Creating and processing new reservations
- Providing tourist information
- Various back office operations

- You are available on weekends, vacations and public holidays, of course you alternate as a team in this.
- You enjoy working in a friendly team, but working independently is not a problem either.
- Speaking German and English is really a plus though
- Part-time (32 hours) to full-time position possible.
