The beach caterpillar of the Avavieren Foundation is a unique vehicle. The drive is done by means of two electric motors, making it the only electrically powered beach caterpillar in the Netherlands. Environmentally friendly ready for the future.

Unique means of transport

The beach caterpillar can accommodate three or four wheelchairs. Without wheelchairs, the beach caterpillar can accommodate 8 people. The costs for a ride are € 50,– with a maximum of 3 wheelchairs or 8 people.

Throughout the year

The beach caterpillar runs all year round. In the event of bad weather, it will be determined in consultation whether the ride will be canceled or rescheduled to another time.
